Sunderland seafront Stack development is being built from shipping containers that are pieced together to make an enclosed village that can operate in all weather conditions, on empty land opposite the seafront promenade.

The two-storey shipping container village will house a range of bars and street food vendors as well as services including dog grooming, hair and beauty, outdoor activities and a coffee shop.

Phase two of the development will be added down the line and will see the site expand to provide a large function room for weddings and corporate events along with a competitive socialising environment offering interactive golf, darts, shuffleboard and karaoke booths.

Evercam camera was installed from the beginning of the project recording everything that happens on-site locally, in high resolution and in the cloud. Our time-lapse videos are professionally produced each month for the duration of the project. Access to live and recorded views of the project keep all stakeholders on the same page.
