Applying the principles of the internationally-recognized WELL Community Standard, which supports public health and well-being, the apartments will incorporate energy efficiency and smart design standards that will provide the very best in modern living.

Evercam cameras have been installed on the construction site to record the progress of the progress from the very beginning of the project. Clients are using Evercam software to make timelapse videos to share on their social media for advertisement purposes.

These time-lapse videos are a great source of marketing of the projects as well as keeps the clients up to date with day to day progress.
